I BOUGHT AN EXTERNAL HARDDISK CASING FROM RAJ ENTERPRISES LAMINGTON ROAD.
HOWEVER WHEN I REACHED HOME I FOUND OUT THAT THE CASING WANT WORKING AS THE SILICON SEALING OF CERTAIN PART HAD COME OFF.WHEN I WENT BACK TO RETURN THE HARDDISK HE PROMISED ME FOR A REPLACEMENT BUT HE HASN'T DONE IT TILL DATE STATING THAT THE COMPANY SAY'S IT'S A PHYSICAL DAMAGE DONE BY ME.
IT'S A CLEAR CASE OF FRAUD AND SELLIN SUBSTANDARD GOODS.

Raj Enterprises — Comany Fraud
Dear Sir,I have taken distributorship of Disney Products (Deo, Talc, Shampoo, Hand Santizer) from M/s Aura Beauty Personal & Health Care Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai who had appointed M/s Laksh Enterprises, Hyderabad as super stockist. Now as there is no off take at retailers end i have to take back the material from the retailer, now because of this problem i am not willing to continue they are not willing to take there material.
Now i am confussed as to what to do with that material can you tell me as to what step to be taken to materialised this issue.
