[Resolved]  Raja Domestic Packers and Movers — Cheating and Rowdyism

I Javed Alam send my house hold goods and Car through Raja Packers and movers from Hyderabad to Kolkata. I paid him advance Rs 26,500 in hyderabad and took the Cash receipt from Him. As per deal he was supposed to collect balance of Rs 10,000 from me after deleivery of goods (5000 after deleivery of Household goods and 5000 after deleivery of car). After deleivery of House Hold good, Truck driver asked for 5000 which I gave him after receiving on Bilty and asked for Cash receipt. He said that Cash receipt will be given by Raja packers, we are Third Party. After 1 week of deleivery of House hold goods ,he deleiverd the car and again he asked me to pay 10000 though his due was Rs 5000. I refused to pay so he put the deleivery of my car on hold. After tough dealing , there was no other way but to pay him 10000 to get my car released from him.

Facts which all Consumer Should Know:-
1. I asked him to accept cheque but he always emphasised cash transcation. Even if you give him
cheque that should not be crossed cheque and it will be in the name of some person not the company(raja Domestic packers and Movers).
2. He outsourced my goods to another transporter by saying that this is the bilty, collect the remaining
amount from party concerned. So even if the concerned party hold payment, loss will not be his.
3. He gave the Cash receipt only for Advance amount which he gave me to build trust. The remaining amount which I paid after deleivery of goods straight way went to his pocket and he did not pay single paisa tax on that amount to goverment. I am yet to receieve the Cash Receipts.
4. When he deleivered the car, my car was in a very bad condition. First of all he removed the fuse and
wiring which makes your odomoter function. He drove all the way from Hyderabad to Kolkata using my
Vehicle without adding single Km to odometer reading and most probably ferried the passenger using my car all the way from Hyderabad to Kolkata. It took him almost more than 2 weeks to deleiver my car.
5. I had no way but to pay him extra bucks (5000) to get my car else he would have started ferrying more
passengers from one location to another location without my knowledge.
6. Now I have shell out some more exra mopney to get my car repaired.
7. He is so smart that he has even changed the address of his office location and phone number so that he can keep getting new business unaffected.
