[Resolved]  RAJARATHNAM CONSTRUCTIONS — REGARDING CAR PARKING AND PARK ISSUE

hi all

I purchased a flat from an promoter in chennai named Rajarathnam

Constructions PVT LTD, Chennai.I was alloted two carparking for me.I

had taken possession of the flat in dec 07 and my car parking was

ready in mar 08.I was shocked to find one car parking smaller than

other but i paid same amount for both car parking.i rencently came to

know that there is a government law prescribed car parking sizes .The

carparking which was alloted to me is also not as per law.When i

asked the MD of the company i did not get a proper reply.This is with

many of the car parking.

ONe more issue with the same person is that a park was built for us

in our premises which was also advertised in the borucher.But

recenlty we found that the builder built the park for public use as

he made an agreement to that area municipality.He also said this

issue is in the document.But may o[censored]s aren't aware of this.

So i would like to know is there any way i can fight against this

people for justice against these issues
