[Resolved]  Rajasthan Electricity Board — No Electricity for 13 days

1 23-Apr-13 10:00 AM [protected] We constantly called for more then 40 times and after that they provided us complaint no after requesting or else they were not ready to lodge a complaint.
2 23-Apr-13 12:30 PM [protected] Another complain was filed without resolving the Complaint No.[protected], this was unethical and even didn’t resolved the electricity issue at home.
Problem - Electricity was not there from Pole near home and there was no electrician sent and electricity representative closed complain without resolving.

Without resolving problem we were in no electricity and we faced same problem in 10 days on 5 May 2013 and constantly called many times.
3 5-May-13 8:00 AM [protected] No response to complain till 2 pm it was 6 hours with no response.
4 5-May-13 2:00 PM [protected] We called the following no. [protected], [protected] and then spoke to mr.Yogesh at - [protected] , [protected]. Then spoke to Azam @ 3 pm at [protected] , spoke to Mr. Radhey Shyam and Mr.Joshi . With multiple calls and again they said the compalin is solved but still we recieved no electricity.
5 6-May-13 9:00 AM [protected] We called at 9 am to Jodhpur office at[protected] and we spoke to Ravindra Prakash and he asked to call Yogesh @ [protected]. Spoke to Yogesh and he confirmed that problem will be resolved in 30 minutes but we called him 10 times and there was no responses from Yogesh. We called 11th time same no. was answered by Chand Mohammad and he said tis is wromg number.
We went to office in Bikaner,Goga Gate at 10 am and met Parmeshwar ( [protected]) and he did not had any answer.
We were provided with new number [protected] and representative was Jain and he said we are not responsible for your complain and asked to call to senior officers.
AEN - [protected] was provided and he said he is in meeting so visit the GogaGate office We called the Goga Gate at [protected] and we heard the same answer we are not responsible
We got number of Gyanendra ji at 12 noon and he said he is in Thermal Power Plant and he asked to call back at 2 pm or call at[protected] we called more then 20 times but no one answered the call.
Complain was not resolved from 24 April 2013 to 6 May 2013 which is total 13 days.
