As per agreement of 2002 I along with other members have entered into contract with Hi-Tech for paying 60 installments for a plot in puspanjalli enclave, Bhubaneswar. After collection of required installment Company remained silent about transfer of land till the time we enquired during the year[protected]. Thereafter number of correspondence have been made but Company with the foul intention is trying to avoid for execution of the deal to transfer of land stating various plea. Even in some stage Company was willing to handover the land staing, Quote " We are ready to registerer the land however possession and road to land is your responsibility" Unquote. It is quiteunfair and contrary to the agrement. Now Company is silent about refund of money with penal interest alike applicabe to a loanee when becomes defaulter to Bank. It is a clear case of cheating and misappropriation of hard savings of innocent people. Company needs to be scanned any promises made at the time of agreement is never fulfilled and always having malafide intention to cheat public at large.Needs to be addressed. Either land with proper possession and entry thereto with proper authenticity or refund of money with the penal interest as applicable to nationalised Banks may be recovered with proper caution. * STHITAPRAGYNA MOHANTY*
