[Resolved]  Rajdhani Travels - Bhavnagar - Ahmedabad — Miss Management of TICKETS

Dear sir/ Mam

I want to register complain against Rajdhani Travels which provides travel services for Ahmedabad to Bhavnagar.

I bough Ticket for Bhavnagar to Ahmedabad dated 27/04/2012 Luxury bus Timing 6.00 AM. I reached at location (In Bhavnagar) from where I bought ticket at 6 AM in the morning and I was waiting with other passenger unknowingly that 6AM luxury left at 5.45 AM in the morning (For which i was neither informed nor they called me for my vacant seat no 17 .Unknowingly I took seat in 6.30 AM luxury and another passenger having same seat no came and asked me to vacant the seat no 17.

At that point of time one of the staff members told me that my Luxury 6 AM has already left at 5.45 AM. After that i approached to office where bus was standing for other passenger’s pickup, and staff did not help me. They told me that current bus 6.30 AM has no vacant space. I said that's fine but give me another Luxury bus seat in place of seat no 17 for 6 AM luxury bus. They denied to cancel my ticket and behaved very rudely with me. I took seat in driver's cabin (in bus 6.30 AM) as i had no option. I don't have complained for this.

But fortunately both the bus happened to meet at same place for holt at 8.30 AM at gallops hotel, at that point of time I asked for My seat no 17 which I booked for my original luxury( of 6.00 AM), they told me that no vacant seat is available , I contacted staff/ office person in Bhavnagar they told me that, as i was not on time they cancelled my ticket and sold to another passenger with Fair of 180 Rs. ( I Also PAID 180RS FARE), i was surprised that they denied to cancel my ticket when I asked the same and help me to set off with another Luxury, instead they sold my ticket to another passenger , when i complained this to staff over phone they cut my phone. I was helpless at that point of time and i had to travel in driver’s cabin even if i had a valid ticket and valid Luxury on (midway).
Request you to look into the matter...
