[Resolved]  Rajender Kumar — Non Receipt of refund

I have excess deposit inocme tax for the assessment year 2008-09. in Ward-III vide acknowledgement no.[protected]. Therefore, Rs.3254/-excess deposit income tax is to be refunded. But that amount has not been refunded to me so far despite writing letter to the departement. Therefore, please refund
