[Resolved]  Ramesh Kumar — NON RECEIPT OF MONEY BUT DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT

I,Ramesh Kumar having saving account No. [protected] with SBI
with ATM card facility Card No.[protected]
on dated 10/10/2008 at about 1610 hrs i intends to withdraw Rs 10,000/=
no process made by the machine and amount debited
I ,retry on same day just after 2 minutes ie at about 1612 hrs and received Rs 10,000/=
on being updating my pass book it comes to my notice that Rs 10,000/= have been errounsouly debited from my a/c ,I apprised it to Br Manager SBI Ramnagar ,Dist Udhampur , state. Jammu in writting ,who assured me to do the needful but i am sorry to mention here that after a lapse of one year seven month my request is not considered and I am running in between pillar to post .It shows that no one taking it seriously and compelling me to run to knock the door for justic,
finally I am requesting to CONTRACT CENTRE to kindly look into the matter to solve my long pending issue ,
