[Resolved]  Ranchi Passport Office — Passport status remain unchanged even after 7 months

Dear Sir,
I have applied for the passport on 22-Aug-09 from Bokaro Steel City (Jharkhand). The police varification has been done on 25-Oct-09 but when I tried to get the current status I found that even after 5 months of police verification the status is same as "Police Report has not been received". The police headquarter in Bokaro is saying that they had already sent the report to Ranchi Passport office four months back and the detail of my case is as follows:

It is realy a frustrating situation in which I haven't recieved my passport even after 7 months of form submission. Kindly do the needful.
