Dear Sir/ Madam
I Anita Vatsa, is living with 3 children at Sarai Jullena Area. Long time back when Delhi Govt. asked eery ration card holder for the replacement, I have also applied for the same. Where in i was asked to submit my old one. Same was done by me and as per the Govt. Policy i should have recevd the new one. I also have the receipt with me provided by the MCD people for the new card.
When everbody recevd ration card mine was missing from the MCD OFFICE. I have spkn to their employees several times but till today no response. Its been like more than 2 years, i have been chasing MCD people to have my query resolved.
Please help me with the contact details of an officer where i can put my complaint in writting.

Dear Sir / Madam
I am residing of Thane (Mumbai, Maharashtra). My wife's card gets cancelled in 2003. I got married in year 2006. Now I want to add her name in my ration card. What is the procedure? How can I add my wife's name in my ration card as her father's ration card is cancelled?
Please advise.

Hi Sir,
i have cancelled my ration card nearly 15 year ago due to some family matter.So can i get a new ration card or a Renewed one of the old.
