My name is N. Ravikumar. I have removed my name and my spouse name from our respective parents family ration cards in november. In the last December(2011), I applied for new ration card with my spouse name and my baby name added. Till now i have not received the new ration card. There is 4 week is going on but ration card not given what should i do now. Officers also misbehave I want also complaint him .
