[Resolved] Ration Card — giving trouble.

my father had gone to issue for ration card application. he got the application but despite of telling that we need a white colour ration card they said it is not available currently but you will surely get a white one at the time of delivery. my mom went to take the ration card. they gave many troubles delivering it. she returned home sick. yesterday when she went again to take it, they caused many problems and didnt give any further details properly. why is the government not doing anything?? i need answers, if this will the situations, we young generations are gonna lose all hope in the government.
i will be pleased to recieve an explanation for this.

since 6 months ration not giving my card no aap1672254B0155 i personally meet to aso 2 he as help to me and given a sl no 2/241 to me and given instruction to dealer 241 issue ration but dealer not following aso 2 insruction kindly i request to you i am very poor help me my address 18-4-17 ghandi nagar slum engine bowli pls change the shop 241 to 254 thanQ / beri kistamma

I just want to add my wife name in my ration card. I had applied in month of Sep 2012. I had visited mulund west ration card office several times. But till date I am not able to add her name to ration. Each time I had visited to this office, I was told that concern officer has went on inspection, is on leave for 1 month, documents are incorrect . I am too fedup of these reasons. How manymore time should a person visit to their office to get the name added.
