RBI - NEFT — money transferred is missing

Dear sir, I have transfered 7000.00 through internet banking on dated[protected] from my icici bank a/c no.[protected] to my pnb a/c no. [protected]. But by mistake i entered [protected] ( short by one zero) money was debited from icici a/c payment id is - [protected] ( RBI reference no.) and PNB UTR no. is - PUNBMUR[protected] This money is not returned back to icici bank till now. Already two months have been passed. I have been goiong to pnb and icici to consult about it. but nobody is helping me. I have same problem. I tranfered money from ICICI bank to Punjab national back. Either one of them is helping me. Did you find resoultion to this issue?
