when you make a complaint paper with any advocate mention all your problems and how many payment wasted to work and your time.
example your payment was 6000 you add in the details you taken 4 week of for payment and you was discuss with senior of rcalling your time was wasted its payment 2000 and advocate has taken for paper work like 2000 its all mention total 10, 000 if you judge will give gudgment to your side, company will give you total 10000 it is rule if he cant paid you, goverment will cancel company licence and stay order to police.

My name is Samir & I m the DGM of the Rcalling Infoline P Ltd.My point for the Ms.Neelam is whatever she had commented is totally wrong.Ms. Neelam is left the company without any information . She is absconded from the company saying she got some problem in her family . And after few days we came to know that she is working in some other place. No professional organization gives salary to absconded employee.
Even we are looking forward to setup a legal case on her.

I agree to these guys, R Calling lacks professionalism and performance. They want money for work they are not doing. Do not give any kind of payment cash or cheque to them.
They look like a total fraud. And i donno about people blogginh up here, they look are former employees. But i at the consumer end do not want any one to trust this firm.
