[Resolved]  RCIL — No Action taken since last 2 months

I applied for a broadband connection from RCIL in the month of November but somehow the guy who came to collect the docs. came back to me saying that my area was not covered under their service area and hence they will not be able to serve me ....then they told me that the money that they took from my as an advance payment towards the connsction will be refunded to me in 15 working days which has not yet been reverted back to me .....please tell me as to what am i suppose to do now...I am located in jaipur and the branch that took my application is near ajmeri pullia....my contact number is[protected]...can some one please help me on this issue...Thanks
