[Resolved]  RCS — RCS Is Fraud

I m invest in RCS as FD, but some cheques are bounced, My amount is 89k/- , after some time company changed my FD into MIS, now my MIS payment is pending of five months, i want to refund my amount but agent ask me that that now "No Fund in Company account" and your MIS will be convert into FD again for three year, but i want Refund my amount.if company not refund my amount, i can complaint against RCS in Police (FIR), SEBI, and RBI.
