Pursuant to the mega sale offer made by the above-mentioned company, I bought a GYM KIT @ Rs. 1499.00 (on instalment basis). The packet was delivered today by speed post. It is seen that the top left back corner of the packet was torn in such a way that you'd be able to squeeze your hand into the packet. On opening the packet it was found that the free small workout towel, which was one of the items promised in the offer, was missing. There was also no instruction manual. All the other items were intact, and were in good condition.
It appears that the person who stole the towel was aware of the contents, and the exact location of each item, in the packet. Perhaps the pilferage had occurred during transit for booking from your office to the post office.
I should like you to supply the missing towel, and instruction manual, if any.
