i am a flat owner of the same project, i find the project good and has the best facility, were as i don't consider the above right, the company is going good i am happy with my flat, there is good flooring, at least i have seen many other owners with the same feel, they find it good here, like a good posh society, its best for any body to have a flat at such a prime location, i have paid my booking amount and is paying regularly my loan amount, they are nice people, i think lucky you are bit mistaken, its not a laldora, and one more thing noida has no laldora land, i have checked it with the noida authority and others, it a freehold plot. lucky must have done something wrong, because one of my installment was also pending for the booking amount, but i later paid and there was no such pressure, i have done all the legal documentation before hand and i am going good with it .
i think lucky you must be a fraud dealer, bamaatech is not entertaining any 3 party dealer for his customer, so i thing you must be angry for this. .. please cool down, if YOU ARE A FLAT OWNER PLEASE SEND US A FLAT OWNERS COPY, send me the related document if any, i suppose you dont have them . i am into legall i will see into it . i have also attached my flat image for the same, and i dont find you in the registerd society people .

i am disagree i have two flats in bamaatech, com and i hvae flats agreement and i have every payment receive and bamaatech builder. you give payment builder check or cash you have any proof and for payment details. and come office in bamaatech builder and also take you payment details . i thik you are not able to give payment then your unite is cancel for builder end ...not any builder take this way for cancel your unite.
why my unite are not cancel.
