[Resolved]  Real Services Inc., Kalkaji, New Delhi — Fraud company

Hi All,

This is to bring to your attention that "Real Services, Kalkaji" is totally fraud. I am also the victim of this fraud and lost good amount of money. It all happened like this:

1- Jan 2010 - I signed up for canadian PR program and paid them the initial money, and gave them all the documents in the list except the IELTS, marriage certificate and PCC. They happily took all the documents got it photocopied and promised to send me the copy of contract via courier

2- Their courier never came, i constantly followed up but all in vain.

3- They told me that they had sent via registered post and that has come back, as the address they mentioned was wrong and now they are resending it to my correct address.

4- Again nothing came to my address. In the mean time I appeared for the IELTS and collected the left over documents then I contacted them again.

5- Its really hard to get in touch with these people as their receptionist will never pickup phone rather pick the phone and bang it down again, finally i spoke to Amit one of their employees who tell me that, i have checked your file and you have not given us any document with notary attestation. However at the time of signing the contract when I handed over my documents, they took those without any complaint. Did n't they know at the begining that documents need to be attested from notary.

6- Now last month, I have told them that I am not willing to continue with their services and asked for refund, now they have sent me the letter written as third reminder, where I never got the contract, the first & second reminder and suddenly the third reminder comes asking for the document.

7- Now actually they want to prove that it was default from my end, and they were asking for the documents. So that they dont have to refund.

In short, Real Services Inc, kalkaji is fraud, led by cheap owner SD Sharma and crap employees like Mr Sk Singh, Amit or their receptionist Kanika.

Dont fell in their trap, they will not land you anywhere but fly away with your hard earned money.
