[Resolved] Reebok India — replacement of the defective product is necessary | |||
I am to state that I have bought a Reebok Black Analog Watch on 10.08.2012 from Jabong.com.The product got delivered to my address on 13.08.2012. On 09.09.2012 while wearing the watch the glass on the Steel dial of the watch suddenly dropped on the floor and it’s inner surface cracked while the watch was on my wrist till then. On 13.09.2012 in the morning I went to the Reebok Showroom at Behala, D.H.Road, Kolkata. But I got a shocking experience over there. They defiantly refused me several times by saying that Reebok does not take any responsibility of any online shopping as these are, according to them, fake. But I tried to convince them legally by saying that the Reebok container is having a unique barcode & I also had the original Warranty card of Reebok in hand. But they went on misbehaving with me without paying any attention to my query. I requested them for the exact Reebok Authority with whom I can contact to resolve this issue. But they became more arrogant and suggested me to go to the Police Station. After all your people are not showing corporate & professional attitude to serve the customer properly & to shield the good-will of the Company as well. Now in the present circumstances I need you assistance urgently as the product is found dispute within 30 (thirty) days (13.08.2012 – 13.09.2012). As a customer I am requesting you to take some valid steps to resolve this issue as early as possible. Further I want know whether you really have any contract/contact/dealing with Jabong.com or not. Sir, I am waiting for your favor soon as it is the case of replacement of the product. Reebok does not pay any attention to my abovementioned mail,sent on 13.09.2012.Reebok shorooms in kolkata are rejecting the product to take it into their custody to resolve the issue.
