I HAVE PURCHASED A PAIR OF LEATHER SHOE ON 24/11/2007 FROM SHOE RESORT. SHOP AT 1/VIJAY DARSHAN ,OPP UTI BANK, VASAI (W)401202
BUT SINCE BEFORE 2 MONTH THAT IS ON 23/01/2008 THE SHOES WAS HAVING CRACK WAS TORN AS LEATHER CANNOT BE TORN THIS SHOWS THEY HAVE CHEATED ME ON NAME OF LEATHER SHOE ALSO THE SHOPKEEPER REFUSED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE SAME AND I HAVE APID HIM 450 FOR LEATHER SHOE BEARING BILL NO:4422
THEY SAYS NOW NOTHING CAN BE DONE AS BILL SAYS NO REPLACE AND REPLAIR OF SOLE IS DONE BUT IN MY CASE THE SHOE ARE PHYICALLY TORN AND DUE TO CREASE IN USAGE

i am bhupendra Sharma. I purchased the reebok shoes in the april month, till now i faced the problem regarding to reebok shoe 3 times. " Problem is my inner & upper sole disjoint."
Whenever I go to reebok shop they accept it & replace itr because it is in warranty period but ii am facing this problem agaian & again every 2 month.& shopkeeper regul;arly taake the time mopre than 15 days.

Purchased Reebok shoe sole have come number of dealers when contacted with the complaints treat costomer like beggars. Recomaend every one not to purchsase REEBOK PRODUCTS

I bought a pair of Tennis shoes from Reebok on 10/01/2009 for Rs. 2400 after 40% discount on Rs. 4000. I used it and within three (3) weeks the sole and the front of the shoes were torn off. Then I went to the showroom where I had bought it from and the manager told me that the shoes would be replaced within a week and they would notify me. But even after two weeks there was no call from them and then the next week I decided to go to the showroom again and they told me that my shoes would not be replaced. So I requested them that it would not be fair because they give 6 months guarantee for their product. So they took the shoes again and after two weeks when I went there they still did not replace it. And when I argued with them they even insulted me.I was really indignant but helpless; I did not know what to do. But finally someone told me about online complaints and so I am lodging it here. I hope strict action is taken against them on this matter.

And yes I hope I am compensated for the product and the time I had to wasted for the shoes. And the shoes model no. is R245804.

i purchased a shoe from M/S Satnam Trading Co Near Lilly Resorts G T Road Jalandhar Punjab India on 29th march 09 for Rs 3140 / (disounted price 10% discount)soon it developed fault & its upper got torn on compaining to the dealer on 9th ay 09 it was retified but once again the same fault appeared again on complaining on 7th june 09 (complaint no 30) we were assured that the shoes would be replaced . On contacting the dealer on 4th july i was told to take new shoes, on 5th july when i reached the showroom i was told to take any other item worth rs3140/ since company has stopped making particular shoes on my insistence for shoes i was refused claim & misbehaved by the managment of the showroom Should i moov consumer court

i am looking for a sneaker nmade buy reebok sneaker but have not been able to find them in any of the stores

Although I use no.10 shoes of Reebok, this ime I bought no.9 shoes from Delhi(Connaught Place) for Rs.3600 with 40 % discount from Rs.6000 on 17/7/09. However after using I am finding it to be too tight.Is it possible to replace the shoes or make some modification to fit my shoes.

Reebok Shoes — Defect in Reebok Shoes

Purchased Rebok shoes in August 2009, Rs.2599.00 from Sector-19/C, Rebok Showroom, Chandigarh. But the Left shoes skractes in upper body & soul is destroying. When we go there they were unable to say anything then I was asked to contact at Sector-17/E, Chandigarh Showroom but they didn't entertain us & on asking again & again we were not guided to whom to meet or to write for complaint. I want the replacement of the shoes or money should be refunded. if I didn't get the reply within 7 days then I will go to consumer redressal forum.

but the shoes is become yellowish and side part is shrinking.

I had purchased a reebok shoe from kohefiza showroom, Bhopal on sale price of 1240/- but after few days, cotton shown from the front side. When I complaint the same, the manager said that there will be no claim on discounted price.
I decided not to go any reebok showroom in my future.
