[Resolved] Reebok Shoes (Dummy) — change or repair my shoes | |||
Hi my name is vikas maheshwari.I havve purchased a single pair of shoes from your reebok showroom and the name is VEE PEE STYLO PVT.LTD PASCHIM VIHAR NEW DELHI 110063 ON 31.03.2011 the cost of shoes is Rs.7999.Now the showroom has closed before 2 or 3 months .Actually problem is on upper side of my shoes has cut on both side right leg & left.And i don't think you can't solve my problem, i m your very regular customer if you will not solve my problem i will not buy anything from your company.And i will say to others also.You can also think Rs.7999 is a very high amount for 9 months jut only for shoes.Please help me out as soon as possible.my phone no is-[protected] . I works in aaj tak tv network videocon tower jhandewalan new delhi 110055.I don't want any harsh thing to do for your company because this is the first thing from your company i got worst thing. Reebok — problem on upper side on shoes

i bought a pair of reebok shoes of 3999 from authorised reebok outlet from F-134 main market Rajouri Garden Delhi. having tin num- [protected] nd i bought shoes on[protected] nd my bill num is 3623 but now there is some problem happen on my shoes i have a crack on my shoes .its look very bad on it. i had talk about that to the showroom sales manager .he suggest to me that i should register my complaint on net I would expect that the matter will be resolve as soon as possible and i will get the replaced shoes.
Because for a reputed brand like Reebok, the customer satisfaction and their trust are main concern.
I hereby request the company to replace the shoes or refund my money .
