[Resolved]  Refund — refund claim

Dear Sir
Ref : Ticket No. 53953553, 53953554..journey date 14.5.09
Sub: Refund order for said ticket numbers not received

with ref to above as the above ticket number was lost at my end and duplicate was issued
but journey was cancelled and I had sent the duplicate tickets on 15.4.09
and another complaint letter was posted on 7.7.09 to CCM Claims Mumbai. But till
date money has not been sent and in reply the authorities sent a letter stating
refund was not claimed before 90 days. Please look into the matter.........
