[Resolved]  Regional Passport Office — Delay in Passport dispatch

Same problem which maximum of folks facing, I have applied for the passport on December 2010 and cleared the policy inquiry and in the online status it is showing the 'It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time ' and there is no update from last 3 months. Can you please help me on this in getting the passport dispatched early.
