Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad — Passport status showing blank

Good morning sr,
I have applied for the passport on[protected] in my district police office , Ongole(Andhra Pradesh). With in One month i have completed my police verification at my home town as well as in my college as i provided both the addresses in application.(Since i ve completed my MCA in kakinada on may 2009). My passport application number is HYD-z[protected].
After one month i checked my passport status in internet, it is showing that "police report is clear and the passport is expected be delivered on[protected] subjected to all documents being in order".But after two weeks[protected] i again checked my status in net still i didn't received passport yet, it is showing that "Police is report is incomplete and the case is being examined".Then i contacted the both the police personals at my home town as well as in kakinada about this issue(as i provided the correct information as well as documents) They said that it should take atleast three months for updating the correct information.Now, today[protected] i have checked my status , now it is showing nothing(blank). What should i do?
