[Resolved] Regional Passport Office Jaipur — NO RESPONSE

I had applied for new passport for my wife on 15Jul2010, On 1Sep2010 I checked the status of my application and It was like: Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be despatched by[protected]. Subject to all documents being in order. When I again checked the status on 8 Sep It was:
"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time" till today I am getting the same message. I dont know when their one week will complete.
I tried to call all the numbers available on jaipur passport office website more than 100 time but I did not get a respinse single time.....I have sent them email 1 onth back there also no respone.....God knows when my passport will come

There is no information on web site regarding the status of Application at jaipur passport office.

Kindly tell me the exact status of application with the above given detais.
