Owing to certain urgent work I and my wife had applied to Regional Pass Port Office, Lucknow for issue of Pass Port under TATKAL SCHEME on. 11.02.2010. The file number of the case is as under :-
1- PREM NARAIN LAL SRIVASTAVA - File Number LKO AO 3102510
2- SMT. NAND RANI SRIVASTAVA - File Number LKO AO 3103010
The Police Verification as well as L.I.U. have already made enquiries on the third week of March, 2010.
In this connection I have sent atlease 19 reminder letters to R.P.O., Lucknow but without any fruitful results. Whatever I have received so far from that office is just the “ assurance” that my case has been forwarded to the concerned department.
I expect with the authorities concerned to help me in this regard
