[Resolved]  Regional Passport Office Lucknow — rough behaviour of security men & their relations with brokers

Respected Sir,
I today went to reginal passport office lucknow in his new office at gomati nagar Lucknow.I personally found that security person's behaviour was very rough,rude & unnecessary insulting attitude.
To meet with room no.4 as per directions of the enquiry office unnecessary quoue is made at ground level and when he realsed the persons the quoe was again in 1st floor.In my view when a lne is essential at upper floor then ther is no need to make alne on ground level because that has not beneficial.
2.At there many security persons are taking the forms from out side brokers standing & wandering on road and after taking forms from them they are directly themsrlves deposting the form & passport related works without line & the counter persons/employees attend them at once in spite of the persons in the quoue are waiting their turn.Not only this, police persons allowed to enter without quoue directly without any hinderence by the securiy persons & on the other hand security persons without taking any token from enquiery, directly to the counter persons inside hall with saying that some one has send the forms & fees & specially pointing out that tokens have not been taken.And their all forms are entertained & deposited without getting any token.I does not understand what is this happening & what should do the normal person for their turn & work.
Please look into the matter pesonally & pay your some presonal attention to regulate the management.& the oblige me in the interest of the general people.
