My Daughter registered her name through tatkal scheme for the passport. She was asked to present herself on 10 December 2008 at clocktower office, Secundrabad. Though she has fed the address correctly throught the net there was an error in the printout. When this fact was brought to the officer he spoke rudely and told my daughter to get lost. Students who approach the office for first time may not be aware of all the formalities. There is a need to have assistance desk in such cases. May I request higher authorities to deal sternly with such type of non cooperative and irresponsible officers.

the address mentioned in the passport is in the college address, which is not a valid one. the address needs to be repalaced residence address. so what should i do sir please give suggestion

i will like to inform that i ve submitted my passport application form at begumpet post office, hydearbad speedpost cell on 08.12.2008. i m regurarly cheking status online but its saying wrong file no or information not available. kindly sugest what to do to check the status of my application. how many days does it take to be updated online. so that i can be assured of correct submission of my form.

Hi I am Syed Abdul Farooq, I am actually wondering that there are alot of complaints on this page.However is there really someone who looks after this everyday and wondering that I see not even one complaint been replied by the authority.Unlike other even I have concern and wondering unlike others I am also posting my concern(problem) but wondering that if this would really work out.
Even still with hopes I would like someone to take care.My issue is that unlike others I have applied for my passport on the 19/12/2008 at Nampally Post Office.but till date the police verification also has not been done when I have been checking for the online status of the file no HYDW25808708 it just says File Reference Number (HYD-W[protected] is either wrong or Information NOT availableNow the actual problem for me is that I have recently joined software company policies a person joining the company should have a valid passport or if does not should be applying for it and should sending an e-mail with the file no and the screen shot from the website but when I am checking it says File Reference Number (HYD-W[protected] is either wrong or Information NOT available now what should be done with out me sending the screenshot of the status from the website they are not accepting the file no if I fail to submit the passport my offer is continget which may lead to termination can any one let me know what to do..
