My registerd post sent on 28/08/2010 from mumbai vide no. 8689 has not been deliverd to me in sonepat 131001. pls advise the status

Last 23 Nov 2011 i sent a post to Union Bank of India, Marthandam Branch, Kanyakumari Dist, Tamil Nadu. At Presently 40 Days Finished, But that post was not reach the Bank. Some important document was the post.
