Relaxo Footwear — Sole bend

Dear sir,

I have Purchased two foot wears from Your Rani Bagh showroom in Mid of June, 2011. Approx 1400/-

One slipper is ok but in another Sole was bend. This is Manufacturing defect.

I am your regular customer. I have lost a bill that is why i was not able to change that footwear. I have'nt use more than a month.

I had ask to the sale man that he will check in his record in above said month but he refused to this. i also mentioned what type of 2nd footwear purchase.

I have never face this type of complaint.

I had already leave my footwear in your Rani bagh Showroom.

Your are requested to please look in to this matter.
