DEAR SIR, I HAVE BOOKED AN AD THROUGH http://www.releasemyad.com ON 20th OF OCTOBER (AD ID: 1000208) WHICH WAS TO BE PUBLISHED IN DAINIK JAGRAN (JALANDHAR & LUDHIANA EDITION) ON 24th & 25th OCTOBER RESPECTIVELY. I HAVE ALSO CLEARED THE PAYMENT OF AMOUNT OF 610/- THROUGH MY DEBIT CARD. BUT,DUE TO SOME PROBLEM THAT AD WAS CANCELED AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL REFUND MY AMOUNT TO MY ACCOUNT. AGAIN I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL ON FIRST OF NOVEMBER THAT MY AMOUNT HAS BEEN REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT AND THE TRANSACTION NO. IS [protected]. BUT STILL IT WAS NOT REFLECTING TO MY ACCOUNT. This company (Release My Ad) is a massive fraud. They take your money and most of the time your Ad will not be published. They do not refund money and rely on people to get fed up and to give up on getting money back. Never use this company. Deal with the newspapers directly... It's cheaper and newspapers will have a duty of care to their customers.

Sir, please check with your bank as from our we have already refunded your money and since we deposit cheques therefore it may take 48 business hours to get processed. As per our record your refund has been processed successfully.
