Reliance 3G connection — Delay in services

This is in reference to receipt no. 1847, They took 250 INR from me on 1-2-2011. They told me that i have to submit my mobile bills for verification and it would fork for sure. but again they told me that those bill not work for address proof then i register the name of Sameer Sarin,my freind for getting the connection on his name. Today its 5th of feb but i didn"t get any sim from them yet.

Now they are telling me that 3G sims are out of stocks so it will take more 2 to 3 days. I think all these service provider must understand the importance of other's time and there must be some kind of rules and regulations which should stop them to make false promises.

This unnecessarily delay should be stopped.and more than this when i called their executives and speak out my problems, they ignored my call and after this stopped picking my calls. Names of executives to whom I contacted are Mr. Harpreet and Rahul. I think proper action must be taken against all these activities.
