Dear Sir,
I purchased two set-top boxes No.[protected] &[protected] in Sept. 2008. It worked fine for three months (i.e., free promotional period). I was told that first set-top box monthly subscription charges shall be at full rate and second set-top box monthly charges will be at 50% or Rs. 150/- which ever his higher. But when i recharged both the set-top boxes in December i was not given discount on second set-top box even after repeated calls. I was given a complaint no. 85410164 Dt. 09.01.2009, which is still pending. Their customer care service is of no use. Their computer system is always down and they cannot solve a single customer query. They even did not changed my Channel Pack, which i asked them repeatedly.
There is no customer account management and neither any higher authority at BIG TV where i can get my problems solved.
My advice to DTH aspirants is to stay away from this big tv .
