Big TV connection was installed at my home in the month of 3 rd September 2008 with introductory offer of 06months free subscription (i.e. up to 2nd March 2009). In the second week of November 2008, I recharged TWO coupons of Rs.25/- each and called for additional channel service for one month only as given in broacher “Lock in Period of 30 days”. I called customer care for two additional channel (1) Zee TV & (2) Zee café for a month only and he said to me it will automatically dis-connected after one month, which they do not dis-connected till feb 2009.
In the month of Nov. 2008 they dis-connected hindi moviee channels with out informing me, when i contacted to customer care, he said it was only for 03 months.
On 3rd March 2009 my complete service is dis-continued and they are saying your account balance is over due by Rs. 160/- .
Why should I pay for their additional paid channels which I took for a month and your representative as well as broacher said that it will be automatically locked after one month, which is not locked by you? Was this information helpful? |
