I am a Big TV Customer sine Septmber 2008, My Customer Id[protected].
Since 25th May 2009, My services are disrupted (Poor Signal) and which was as per Cuastomer Care Commitment was supposed to be resolved within 24-48hrs, but even after repeated complaints(Complaint No[protected] and follow up, the same has not yet been taken up by the authorities and my services has not yet been restored even after 7 days (Till Now).
Please guide Process & Formalities to resolve the matter & claim the compensation for the losses incurred to me for the same due to the irresponsible attitude / response from Reliance Big TV officials.

I'm being told to deposit Rs.210/- for activation of the services which they've suspended on their free will without prior notice to us. the market is flooded with dth service providers where one doesn't get such annoying and irritating services. Their customer care support cannot solve customers problems. they are their for big sorry which they utter on doing faults. check your services please otherwise it'll be too late. i only have a question why i's not given information for charging meagre Rs.175/- and for that why my services were suspended without any notice thru a simple sms or phone call what for is your customer care then?
