[Resolved]  RELIANCE/ BIG TV — ABOUT FRODGERY WITH ME

Dear Sir,

I bought a big tv set top box wit new connection. but when the engineer seting the set top box at my home the box not working properly. the the persson change my new set top box with an old set top box and commit to me when your set box repaired i change the box. but till now does not give my new set top box. I also contect to customer care 3 to 4 time in the month but no any possitive response.
in this time the old box also not working
so please sir help in this case
