This is my worst ever experiance with a reputed company.
Sticky (glue like) liquid is found below the set top box,and it is tough to clean.
complaint no.[protected] was registered with call centre on 01.09.09, and it was replied that the complaint will be solved within 24 hrs., which is still not done.
The same was reminded on 14.09.09 vide complaint no[protected], and I was assured that this will be looked after within 24 hrs.
The same is not resolved till date, and when I made a call today (17.09.09 at 7.00 hrs ) I was replied that system is down, please try after some time. Such hopeless service is not seen by me in my life from any of the reputed company. Was this information helpful? |
Reliance Big TV — set of box problem
I procured BIG TV 3 months back. First problem is Installation happened after 5 days with repeated followup. Majority of my time gone only to followup customer care[protected]. This is useless. Later this installation happened only through personal contacts from the stores which I purchased.every time that store person telling some software problem.im facing lot of problem with set of box.we r unble to watch wathing tv.
defently i should go to cunsumer forum.
The service is absolutely hopeless - I once again mention not to buy this product and regret later.
