Reliance Big Tv — CHEATING AND FRAUD

ON 26TH AUG I RECHARGED MY BIG TV ACCOUNT FOR TOP UP CHANNELS WHERE I ASKED THEM TO ACTIVATE A FEW CHANNELS AND DEACTIVATE A FEW. TO MY SURPRISE ALL THE MONEY FROM ACCOUNT VANISHED OVERNIGHT AND THE CHANNELS FOR WHICH I SUBSCRIBED FOR ARE NOT SHOWING. AND BIG TV ALSO CHARGED ME FOR THE CHANNELS WHICH ARE DEACTIVE N NOT SHOWING. I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP FOR THE PAST 1 WEEK ADDING TO MY FRUSTRATION BUT IN VAIN. NEED SOME HELP HERE

OF ADDRESS INTENTIONALY. FOR CORRECTION THEY ARE CLAIM RS. 350/ FROM ME. REALLY THEY ARE CHEATER. "AMBANI FAMILY" SHAME ON THEM..
