I have a big TV settalite dish tv and using since last 1 year, recently my account balance got finish and I received message on all the channels that please recharge you account to resume the service, I went to the near by shop & took the recharge for Rs 500/-. When I tried to recharge my account via SMS on 55454 by typing Message as BTVTOP my suscriber I.D. recharge voucher No, I received an SMS that Invalid SCN No, I thought there may be typing mistake so I tried 5-6 times every time I received the same messages, then I tried calling on the toll free number on[protected] &[protected] &[protected], I spoke to the customer service represantative several time each time the CSR told me that they have mail my complain & they require 24HRS to solve the problem, I also spoke to the senior customer representative Ms Amarjit Kaur & she promised to resume the service within 24HRS but nothing happen till date. I also went to the shop & told him to refund Rs 500/- which I had paid him for recharge, but he also told me to give complain on toll free no as mentioned above.
I therefore request you to kindly take this matter to the higher authority & help to start the TV programes.
