I bought BigTV connection more than a year back. Six months back I recharged my card for one year. Few times I am having poor signal quality some times no channels are displaying on the screen saying rains at broadcast, etc no signal.
The same thing happened two weeks before for which I have given a complaint on customer care and somebody came and spend two and hours and could not fix the problem. I am behind the BigTV cusomter to get this problem fixed and all of a suddent now they are saying I need to pay engineer visit charges because of my one year free service period is finished, some body in customer care saying even with in one year also i has to pay.
Even though my complaint which was given two weeks before was not completed one year and the problem is not fixed.
I am getting frustration with the customer care and the service.
I dont know what to do in this scenarios. I paid upto mar, 2010 for my SIM card. Otherwise I would have not gone for this. Was this information helpful? |
