Reliance Big TV phenomenal growth has brought the Customer Centre on its arse...After trying for 5 mins you understand how to get someone on from the CS on phone. The wait time to speak to a agent is 7 minutes.
After all this the agent keeps you on hold and the call gets disconnected this happened twice to me.
