I had purchased 1 year pack last year. It got over today. for that i recharged my account "[protected]" with RS 650. Just next moment when i checked my account it turned out that they had deducted RS 11 because of negative balance. After 1 hour when i checked they have again deducted RS 11. When i called Customer care they said because of the Elite pack and English pack they have deducted they money. When i checked my Big Tv service i was not able to view they channels. When i said this this to the Customer care executive "Named : Praveen" he said to wait. when he told me to check i was able to see they channels. Then i came to know what he did. He Not only activated that two packs he also activated the Total Pack also i.e South Special pack. When i asked him why he has done it like that he told that it happens automatically. I think before doing that they should have told that it will happen. My money got deducted for that pack (South special + Elite + English) and money got deducted. Actaully i wanted to subscribe for some other pack. But that executive is not ready to accept his mistake or Refund me back the money so that i can subscribe some other pack. This is really bad. This is a Fraud by the Customer Care executive as well as Company. Please help me out how to approach Consumer Forum or any other services so that proper step can be taken by me.

IT APPEARS TO BE THE BIGGEST FRAUD !!!
I WOULD PREFER TO GET THE REFUND BUT DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PROCEED. I THINK A ASSOCIATION IS TO BE FORMED AND ACTION TAKEN..
