I, Gaurav Garg having RELIANCE BIG TV DTH card no.[protected] since 2008. On 22/010/2009 i have recharged my DTH service by 1500/- for 1 year bronze pack. At the same time there was a scheme in that scheme i should be benefited by 10 % cash back in my account, i did not get the same and my bronze pack have converted into value pack. I launched complaint at BIG TV toll free no. i.e. [protected] after several attempt i able to connect with BIG TV toll free and i complained regarding bronze pack and 10% cash back to the executive and they said it’s our fault and we will convert as soon as possible but till today they did not convert my pack into bronze pack and did not provide 10% cash money in my account. I had called several times but they did not solve this problem. But they deducted rs. all- from my account and account was in negative when i call to customer care again they said please recharge your account by minimum 150/- and then you call and launch new complaint then i recharged my account by 150/- in April 2010 and called to customer care and they made a complain and said we will solve this problem within 2 days but nothing was done. Again i called then they said your complain was closed and launched a new complained and the executive was Mr. Amandeep on 5th june, 2010 and the complain number was[protected]. But no response and again i have recharged my account by 200/- on 12th June, 2010.
So i request you to please take full action against the complaint.
