Hi Sir / Madam,
I had purchased Reliance Big Tv one and half year ago. My Subscriber id is[protected]. There were problems with the set top box initially like the Set Top Box was not responding when i used to change the channel and i had to restart it. This problem was not very frequent.
I had reported this issue to the customer care, to which they used to raise a complaint and after 2 days or so they would close it without informing me.
i was fed up with calling customer care and started adjusting with it thinking it was a software problem and would work fine in the next software upgrade.
But now, the set top box has developed a new problem. It is getting restarted every now and then. I have contacted the customer care on this and they had to tell that i would get an old serviced set top box for paying an amount of Rs 800 + service charges.
I don't understand why i have to pay an Rs 800 + service charges for no fault of mine or is it that Reliance sells Set top boxes which last only a year !!!.
I am just fed up with Reliance..

I'm planning to switch to Airtel DTH services. As far as quality of service is concerned, they are far better than any other service providers.
