Inspite of more than two months, nothing has happened. I am sick of calling up the customer care dumps. Last week i got i touch with one of their floor manager ms. Manpreet, and she took the complaint and to my suprise after two days, she herself called up and said that some credit had been given to my account. But till now i don't know what is the credit and how much i have given. When i check my account balance now it says that it is rs.114.00. But i have paid rs.700/-, then where it had gone. No response. Only stupid answers that system is slow, server is down, manpreet had gone to hospital etc etc. This is not a way to run a multi crore organization, this is a fish market. Even a worst word it is a #### market. I pay money and i get screwed again and reliance wont mind it. Though i was asked for smart card no from their so called big tv customer care team, what are they doing with the smart card which i had sent couple of days back. Are they screwing with each other in the office???. Even a vegetable vendor who comes to my home every other day has a gratitude in reatining me as a customer and keeps in mind how much i had paid excess nor is that he had charged anything more, he will reduce it the next time. Adag is certainly not fit enough to tell that they are a big dth service provide. Of course they are biggest reliance direct thiefs and hoolingans.
Last month reliance big tv had debited rs.700.00 from my account without any valid reason. Due to wrong deduction my account had gone negative and my certain channels got disconnected. I know these beggars will not give back my money, and hence i had not recharged my account further.
Since april 25th i am fighting with them. More that 10 calls, n hours on the phone call, and every time the dumb cc executive says they will sort this in another 2 days, but till now they have not reversed any amount. But i got one mail from a cc executive called ajay, that my amount had been reversed, but there was no indication about how much money they have credited. Nor my channels got re-activated again.
It is the worst cc executives i have ever come across and the wrong promises they make is really irrittating the consumer. Will the ambani will reply on my complaint. Big tv is raping the consumers and screwing their money. We actually do not know how somebody could deducted any amount without any valid reason. No reply at all from any other the deaf and dump customer care executive. These beggars have not given any other next level rappers too. We need to lick the cc executive every time and no reply at all. They just hang the phone around and when we call next time, again the story starts from a to z. By now, i might have repeated my stories to atleast 10 times to the deaf cc executives. But no reply.
I request all our fellow country men not to support reliance for any reason. They just screw people where ever the opportunity. Beggars and arrogant ### Was this information helpful? |
The charges of Rs 700 is against relocation of STB. As per your discussion with our customer care executive the excess charges were waived off and only the charges for relocation been debited from your account as per the process and the issue was resolved.
Please let us know if there is any variance.
