[Resolved]  Reliance Capital — Loan Complaint Fraud

Sir,
On[protected] reliance capital had passed a loan amount of Rs.58, 12, 400 under the loan account no : RLHLSLM[protected] but as i was not happy with the terms & condition of the offer i had rejected and refused to accept the cheque from the company, i had approached the company executives here in salem for a solution to be found and my pre EMI cheques to be returned, but no help was given to me, and the matter dragged on, finally on[protected] the company en-cashed a cheque of Rs 71, 640 from my account as a payment of first EMI, as i had rejected the offer and have not accepted the cheque there is no question of the company to en-cash the cheque, but the company had done so, now i want my money to be returned immediately.
