My self got transfer to Delhi from Lucknow and at my workplace I found network issue of Reliance, My self made complaint to Reliance ADA. Instead of solving problem in 2 months the are closing complaint requests without solving it and when I am asking they are issuing fresh complaint no.s. When I asked to close the connection and revert the Monthly rentals , instead of solving the issue they converted my mobile into prepaid without my perimission and also raise final bill of 908 rupees for the services which I have not avail from July 4th.
