dear sir, my tel no is-[protected], i had deposited a cheq of rs 2385/- on 25/10/2008 bearing no-938706, the same has been deducted from my bank on 1/11/2008. despite this my cell is disconnected due to nonpayment, charging that your ch has been bounced. i am ver much shocked that such a reputed company hold such staff which i think has no knowledge of accounting Was this information helpful? | 
I I have a TOP UP Voucher of Rs20/- but it was mis scratchedand I am unbale to load up in my cell,
For the last 3 months the card is lying with me and I having running from pillars to post and helpless to activate it in my mobile, even though the card remains unactive till now. I have visted ur few WEB worlds and then the Kolkata Head Office but not remedy till date. The retailer remains inactive to co operate with me.
