I own a reliance big tv connection in my home. When I changed my address, I requested for the installation of dish in the new home through the call center. As per them, I paid the money also by recharging and sufficient amount is also available in my account.
Till now more than 30 calls made to the call center, written two mails to the customer care but all are in vain. As per them, these kind of issues will be resolved within 48 hours of time but in my case the original request was made on 30th of Aug 2013 and till now no action taken from reliance big tv.
